Comforting Touch Doulas
Comforting Touch Doulas are a small group of select birth doulas who have completed the Comforting Touch for Doulas training and participate in an ongoing mentorship with me. These amazing women can be trusted for quality doula care and regardless of experience level possess a natural gift for supporting women and families throughout the birth process. Each doula is special in their own way, but they all share the qualities of a warm, open-hearted, and calming demeanor as well as a passion for birth and a commitment to providing excellent service to each client.
The services provided by each doula includes:
1-2 prenatal visits in your home to get to know you and discuss your birth preferences.
Unlimited phone, text and email support from the date of hire.
Guaranteed back-up in case of an emergency.
Being on-call from 37-42 weeks.
1 postpartum visit to revisit your birth experience and offer postpartum support generally within the first two weeks.
The fee for an experienced Comforting Touch doula is $2000. Newer doulas are also available for those with a lower budget in the $800 range. To inquire about interviewing any of these amazing doulas, contact Yiska.
